Amanda Bynes is a free woman once again.

The troubled actress has completed her in-patient treatment and is at her family’s home for the holidays, according to People magazine.

“She’s feeling better every day,” her mother’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, tells the magazine. “Despite the fact Amanda is no longer in a facility, her outpatient treatment is continuing. She’s very happy to re-establish the loving relationship with her family that she once shared.”

Bynes did not show up in court today, reports the Daily News, much to the chagrin of Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Diana Boyar. Bynes was scheduled to appear in court after throwing a bong out the window earlier this year. When Boyar asked Bynes’ attorney, Gerald Shargel, why Bynes was not present, Shargel simply responded that Bynes was released from rehab but could not be in court. He did not go into further detail; prosecutors already knew she would not be there.

Bynes’ next court date is set for Jan. 7.
