After Chris Brown put himself under voluntary house arrest while the LAPD attempted to obtain a search warrant for his home, the singer was actually arrested by the LAPD on charges of assault with a deadly weapon Tuesday night.

But by Wednesday morning, Brown was out on $250,000 bail.

Brown, 27, who once dated and assaulted Rihanna, was accused of pulling a gun on a woman early Tuesday morning. Brown and friends were at his home when the woman and other “uninvited guests” arrived. He then pointed the weapon at the woman after she and her friends refused to leave. She ran from the house and called 911, say numerous reports.

The police arrived at Brown’s Tarzana home at 3 a.m., where they were unable to enter without a warrant, according to the Los Angeles Times. No worries, though, as TMZ’s sources say: “[Brown] threw the duffel bag out the window, taunting cops and saying, ‘Come and get me.’” The bag allegedly contained weapons and drugs.

Meanwhile, Brown posted a series of videos on Instagram and Snapchat, saying he would not leave his home until the officers acquired the proper warrant, adding, “When you get the warrant or whatever you need to do, you’re going to walk right up in here and you’re going to see nothing, you idiots.”

The singer who was on probation until March 2015 after viciously attacking then-girlfriend Rihanna, won a custody battle with Nia Guzman, who claimed he was unfit to care for their daughter.
