We are such suckers for anything reminiscent of the ’20s (why do you think we were first on line to see the new “Gatsby” flick, hmm?) That’s why we’re super-jazzed about this weekend’s annual Jazz Age Lawn Party on Governor’s Island, an excuse to dust off our flapper costume and do the Lindy Hop. Naturally, we’ll be sipping this in between songs.
The St. Germain
2 parts Brut Champagne or Dry Sparkling Wine
1.5 parts St. Germain
2 parts club soda
Method:Stir ingredients in a tall ice-filled Collins glass, mixing completely. Garnish with a lemon twist.
