It’s been three years since her brief romance with Joe Jonas, but Demi Lovato is still thinking about it.
“We were in a relationship and we broke up, and at one point I was really mad at him,” she tells ABC’s Nightline. “When you go through heartbreaks and things like that, you always have in mind somebody. It’s like when you hear a song on the radio that reminds you of somebody, you’re going to be reminded. But keeping that in mind… it’s a delicate balance.”
Things between the former “Camp Rock” co-stars are much better now, too: “We have a great friendship,” she says. “And we may not be as close as we used to be, but that’s OK.”
Lovato, along with her co-host Cowell, are reportedly going to be joined by Mexican singer Paulina Rubio and former Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland to round out the judging panel for “The X Factor,” according to E! Online.
Both Rowland and Rubio have previous singing judging experience: Rubio appeared on the Mexican show “La Voz,” and Rowland co-hosted the highest-rated season of the UK version of “The X Factor.” It should be fun to watch them on the American “X Factor” if only to see whether they can remember which show they’re on.
