A photo taken of Michael Jackon’s dead body on a gurney just hours after his death was shown during the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray. That date on the sign in the photo reads August 25, 2009, but Dr. Christopher Rogers, who performed the autopsy said it was a mistake and should read June 25, 2009.
Meanwhile, Rogers testified that it is highly unlikely that the singer administered the lethal dose of Propofol to himself.
Murray’s defense has said MJ gave himself the drug and stopped breathing during the two minutes that it took Murray to go to the restroom and return.
Rogers said he doubts that would have been enough time for the singer to inject himself and have the drug take effect.
