Russell Brand has been spotted out and about in both L.A. and London with Alessandra Balazs, the 23-year-old daughter of hotelier Andre Balazs (just for you gossips out there, Papa Balazs’ main squeeze is Chelsea Handler, so the family has a thing for comedians). Alessandra has been dropping hints here and there that the pair may be dating, including a recent photo posted to Instagram of a stack of books that included Brand’s memoir “My Booky Wook.” A source tells the Daily Mail that they are in fact quite serious. “Russell and Alessandra have been quietly dating for months now and have even gone on holidays together,” the source says. “They really are so cute together.”
