Parks and Recreation - Season 6

Metro’s Thursday night TV breakdown.

‘Parks and Recreation’
COMEDY. Why are so many of our favorite characters leaving our favorite TV shows right now? Following Donald Glover’s departure from “Community,” tonight marks Rob Lowe and Rashida Jones’ last episode of “Parks and Rec.” Luckily, we still have Ron Swanson and his formidable moustache to keep up our morale.
8:30 p.m., NBC

‘Saturday Night Live presents an SNL Sports Spectacular’
COMEDY. This weekend’s episode of “SNL” will be Seth Meyers last night at the Weekend Update desk. Sob! (In good news, however, they’re replacing him with longtime Weekend Update writer and very funny standup comedian Colin Jost.) In other good news, you can get an extra last “SNL” dose of Meyers tonight when he hosts this pre-Super Bowl look back at the show’s best sports sketches.
9 p.m., NBC

‘Rake’
COMEDY. In the second episode of Greg Kinnear’s new show about a messed up, but charming, criminal defense lawyer, he defends three Amish dudes facing murder charges when all they were trying to do was shave another Amish’s man’s beard off. To be fair, when you’re using a straight razor in an unsolicited shaving of another man’s face, it comes off pretty murdery.
