What celebrities are reading this summer

Celebs, they’re just like us. It turns out Hollywood A-listers love spending summer in the shade with a good book just like we do. From just-out YA novels to hard hitting memoirs, here’s what to read this summer, celebrity-style.

Reese Witherspoon shared her love for Jessica Knoll’s “Luckiest Girl Alive” on Instagram, though the shout out may be self-serving: rumor has it her production company snatched up the movie rights.

This July, Lauren Conrad is reading Jenny Han’s YA novel “P.S. I Love You” along with her devoted followers. “I loved the last book we read together, “To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before” by Jenny Han. And from the feedback I received, it sounds like all of you did too. It really left me wanting more (talk about a cliffhanger!). So, I figured it only made sense that we continue on together with the sequel…” she wrote on her website.

Lena Dunham’s perfect summer night: A cup of tea and Jincy Willett’s novel, “Amy Falls Down,” about an aging writer.

We know who Katie Holmes is voting for. The actress simply captioned this photo: “#inspiration.”

Jamie Lee Curtis gifted bookworm Emma Roberts with these two juicy reads.
