ISLIP – Lavelle Todd of Central Islip was sentenced yesterday to 22 years in jail for fatally shooting a teenager and wounding two others in 2008.
Todd, 21, shot and killed 18-year-old Robert Adams and wounded two other men at a 2008 Memorial Day party at the Central Islip Recreation Center, authorities said. He was convicted of first-degree manslaughter and three counts of first-degree assault in December at Suffolk County court.
