At least there weren’t subzero temperatures.

Or maybe there should have been.

The 13th annual No Pants Subway Ride Day — which has since spread worldwide after starting in New York City by an improv group — was Sunday afternoon. Riders sans pants hopped on the Broad Street Line and Market Frankfort El for a joy ride. Some showed off their wares while some read books and even knitted.
