Police Release Sketch of South Philly Sexual Assault Suspect

The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who sexually assaulted a woman in South Philadelphia on July 18.

The attack happened around 1:30 a.m. on the 1500 block of
S. 13th Street. The suspect grabbed a woman around the waistand
sexually assaulted her, then fled westbound on Annin
Street.

The man is described as a 5’9″ clean-shaven Hispanic male with a dark complexion and medium build, between the ages of 25 and 30. He was wearing all-black clothing, sneakers and an Adidas hat with white lettering. He appeared to be a laborer or construction worker.
