John Feal, a Nesconset, LI, resident and 9/11 responder — and a tireless fighter to get the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act passed — was invited to sit in the House gallery at last night’s State of the Union address. “I’m humbled that Sen. Gillibrand invited me to go,” Feal told Metro. “Half of the Capitol should be filled with 9/11 first responders, in my mind.”
