A 15-year-old from Dorchester allegedly shot another teen in the chest and leg Monday night before fleeing.
The teen, whose name was not released because of his age, pleaded not guilty yesterday to assault with intent to murder and gun charges. He was ordered held on $500,000 bail.
Officers found an 18-year-old man shot in Dorchester just after 8 p.m. The victim provided a description and the direction he fled to police, authorities said.
According to the Suffolk district attorney’s office, the 15-year-old was out on bail after he was caught with burglarious tools and attempting to commit a crime.
