Citing mounting concerns about safety, security, and accessibility, the Transport Workers Union Local 100 joined forces with Council Member Jimmy Van Bramer and other elected officials to demand the restoration of station booth and station agents in the City’s subway system on June 6.
The call to action comes after the elimination of nearly 100 booths within the subway system in 2010.
