VIDEO: NYPD arrest man who allegedly kicked dog on cam

Police have arrested Irving Sanchez of East Harlem after an elevator video allegedly showed him abusing a pit bull puppy.

In the video, recorded this Sunday, a man thought to be Sanchez drags, kicks and punches a pit bull puppy in the elevator of the Wagner Houses.

Sanchez has been charged with animal cruelty. The puppy allegedly featured in the video, named Max, has been taken to a shelter.
