A man accidentally shot his girlfriend while they were hugging.

Amanda Mosley was shot dead when she hugged her boyfriend in Phoenix, Ariz., reported AZ Family. The 24-year-old woman was hugging her unidentified 18-year-old boyfriend on Tuesday when she complained about the gun in his waistband because it was uncomfortable.
Her boyfriend moved to take the gun out of his waistband, but when he did, the gun went off and shot Mosley. Mosley was taken to the hospital but was later pronounced dead. Mosley’s 20-year-old sister Shawna told AZ Family she’s not sure it was an accident. “I’m not going to say that I’m 100 percent certain on that,” she said. “But that’s all the evidence we have so we don’t really want to speculate too much or make people think that we’re trying to go after someone.”
The case is up for review at the Maricopa County attorney’s office.
