NY Post sports writer Bart Hubbuch, a less talented and not-as-well-known-version of Skip Bayless, deleted his Twitter account Tuesday night after receiving a full day of crap from pissed-off Patriots fans.

Hubbuch has been in a social media war against Patriots fans since the start of Deflategate, but that war may finally be over after Hubbuch insinuated that the Patriots organization was racist. It is not yet clear if the Post demanded that Hubbuch delete his account.

@BartHubbuch wrote, "Totally not-shocking fact: The Patriots have never had a black QB start a game in their 57-year history. Jacoby Brissett would be the first."

Hubbuch got into a brief back-and-forth with FOX Sports' Katie Nolan on Twitter regarding the tweet, with Nolan tweeting at him, "Have you ever given anything a single thought though? Be honest."

Hubbuch deleted his account shortly after and when Nolan was notified of Hubbuch's deceased account, she replied, "Oops."

It's far from the first media war Hubbuch has gotten into as he and WEEI (Boston) host Kirk Minihane have had a longstanding beef. Hubbuch recently appeared on Minihane's podcast, "Enough about Me," with Minihane verbally shredding the Post writer.
