A late night fire in Forest Hills is just the latest in a series of suspicious blazes that have broken out in vacant homes.

The fire started just before midnight on Wednesday at a house under construction at 67th Drive, according to the FDNY. No one was injured, media reports said, which added that it was the seventh suspicious fire in the neighborhood in about the last month.

“Three of the fires have been determined to be incendiary for sure. The other ones are under investigation,” FDNY Commissioner Daniel Nigro said, according to CBS NY. The fires that follow a pattern of arson occurred at large houses under construction or renovation.

Following a Nov. 17 fire, according to NBC New York, police were placing additional officer on the streets and are working with the FDNY's arson unit to investigate.
