Swing by on Thursday, March 31, when the food hall at 44th Street and Eighth Avenue will celebrate its first anniversary with a carnival-themed party featuring a live DJ and kid-friendly entertainment — but you’ll want to get there for the free sample-size treats from 5-9 p.m.
