The average price for a gallon of gasoline in the United States rose slightly in the last two weeks, but will likely to stabilize as oil prices ease, an industry analyst said yesterday. The national average for regular, unleaded gas was $2.87 on Nov. 19, up 4.5 cents in the last two weeks.
