There are now 20 men in this world who understand the pains of being a woman – or one of them, at least.
These brave Canadian men bared not just their souls but also their balls (out of the camera frame, of course) to expert hair removers who subjected them to Brazilian waxes.
There were tears. There were red faces. There was whiskey.
The video is set to Grieg’s “In the Hall of the Mountain King,” which means we can’t hear the men scream, but we certainly see it. Think “The 40-year-old Virgin,” but with 20 men instead of one.
What’s the point of the video? It’s not just for our amusement, believe it or not. The ad is part of Testicular Cancer Canada’s campaign to encourage men to check their testicles regularly for cancer.
The organization wants to raise awareness and encourage young men to talk about the taboo issue. According to Testicular Cancer Canada, this form of cancer is the most prevalent for males between the ages of 15-29 – it is also the most treatable if caught early.
All right guys, so you know how much it hurts to get waxed – now try childbirth.
