Police say Scott Sanford, 49, of Exton, tailgated another car before passing it and coming to a stop in front of it, according to a report from Fox 29. He then approached the vehicle with "a retractable baton" in his hand, and the car's operator drove away, police said.

Sanford faces charges that include simple assault.
