More than 15,000 people came out last night for Mt. Airy Street Fare. The neighborhood food festival featured over 50 food trucks and local restaurants lined up along Germantown Avenue, plus live music, arts and crafts vendors, and activities for the kids.

“It’s a labor of love for our small organization to make this evening possible,” says organizer Jamie Shanker, the Commercial Corridor Revitalization and Business Association Manager for Mt. Airy USA. “We do it because of how much people around the city love it and also because we are proud to showcase our community.”
