A Wyndmoor man accused of recording children getting changed at Dorney Park has been charged with a variety of child pornography-related offenses.

Kurt Eichert, 51, allegedly began recording children in various states of undress at the Allentown amusement park in June 2005 and continued until September 2015, according to his indictment, CBS reported, adding that authorities said he stands accused of production of child pornography, distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography.

The indictment does not specify the ages of those caught on video or give specifics, the Morning Call stated, but police officials say Eichert did not work at the theme park.

In 1996, Eichert was caught filming teens in a changing room at Wildwater Kingdom, the Morning Call added, reporting that this first arrest led to a sentence of three years probation, a $5,000 fine and an order to complete counseling.

The latest charges come from an online investigation into the sharing of child pornography, the Morning Call stated, adding that investigators obtained a warrant to search Eichert's home, where they seized some pornographic materials that had ties to Dorney Park.

Authorities said that, if convicted of the latest round of charges, Eichert faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison with 80 years as a maximum possible sentence, CBS reported, also stating that his bail has been set at $400,000.
