Two men entered a Chinese-food takeout store Sunday morning and tried to use a shotgun to blast open an ATM machine.
Surveillance video shows the shotgun blasts helping the men get access to the machine, but police say the suspects did not get any cash.
According to police, a worker in the Ming River Restaurant at 2100 block of E. Cambria Street was in the back cleaning at 1:47 a.m. when he heard three shotgun blasts. He walked toward the front and saw the suspects blasting the cash machine with a pump shotgun with a pistol grip.
A third suspect seen on surveillance video acting as a lookout.
After running from the store, the suspects got into a two-door vehicle.
Anyone with information is asked to call Philadelphia police.
