When Danny Amendola was coming out of college and attempting to land on an NFL roster, there were endless comparisons made to Wes Welker from Amendola’s time at Texas Tech.
Like Welker (also a Texas Tech alum), Amendola ended up going undrafted but would earn respect at the pro level over time.
