Nick Foles led the entire NFL in quarterback rating in 2013 and will rightly be representing the Eagles in the Pro Bowl.
It turns out the Eagles will have two representatives in the Pro Bowl.
When the Seahawks defeated the Saints to advance to the NFC title game Saturday, a spot opened up for a sixth quarterback which was filled by first alternate Nick Foles.
Foles will join LeSean McCoy in the Jan. 26 exhibition game in Honolulu. Jason Peters declined his invitation to be the third participating Eagle. Two other Eagles, wide receiver DeSean Jackson and guard Evan Mathis are alternates and could also be added to the squad this week.
