Tom Brady had the sniffles during his Tuesday press conference at Gillette Stadium and confirmed that he had a cold.
“A little bit,” Brady said. “But I’ll live. I’ll be there (Saturday night). Hopefully (the cold) won’t be on the injury report. I’ll try to talk my way out of that.
Brady also talked about former teammate Deion Branch signing with the Colts, just days ahead of the Patriots divisional round matchup with Indianapolis.
“It’s nice to see a guy get an opportunity, especially one of your great friends,” Brady said.
Dunn this before The Patriots signed undrafted wide receiver Reggie Dunn Tuesday, likely to simulate Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton in practice this week. It's unlikely that Dunn will dress for Saturday night's game (8:15 p.m., CBS).
