For America’s sports fans, Tuesday night we saw our worst beliefs about Miami Heat fans come true. And it was glorious. Fans could visibly been seenbyESPN camerasdashing up the stairs when it looked as though the Spurs were about to win Game 6 of the NBA Finals and capture the title. The dozens of fans who left missed something that resembled a basketball nirvana – your team, coming back to force overtime in an elimination game of the NBA Finals …in a game in which you ultimately win.
