All-Pro perfection: Brady a unanimous selection at QB

Tom Brady won’t be celebrating another Super Bowl title this year. But The Associated Press had a nice consolation prize for him yesterday.

Brady was a unanimous pick at quarterback for the AP’s All-Pro squad. It’s his second time on the first team; he missed being a unanimous pick in 2007 by half a vote.

There was no doubt this season, when the New England QB threw for 3,900 yards and 36 touchdowns while being intercepted just four times.

Two other Patriots players were named All-Pros: guard Logan Mankins and linebacker Jerod Mayo.

Kansas City’s Jamaal Charles and Houston’s Arian Foster made the team at running back.
Atlanta’s Roddy White and Indianapolis’ Reggie Wayne are the top wide receivers.
