A man who is accused of helping Aaron Hernandez after an alleged murder pleaded not guilty in court on Thursday.
Ernest Wallace, 41, of Florida, was indicted last month by a grand jury. He pleaded not guilty during his superior court arraignment on Thursday and was ordered held on $500,000 bail, according to the Bristol district attorney’s office.
Wallace was charged with accessory to murder after the fact.
Hernandez, the former Patriots star, has pleaded not guilty to fatally shooting Odin Lloyd, a semi-pro football player. Lloyd was found gunned down earlier this year near Hernandez’s North Attleboro home.
