Boston Police looking for Southie gunmen

Boston Police are looking for two men who fired handguns in South Boston early Monday morning.

Officers responded to a report of two men firing off guns outside of 28 Gavin Way in South Boston at about 1:15 a.m. Monday.

One man was described as wearing all black, the other wearing all grey. Officers found bullet casings as well as two guns and a grey sweatshirt in a trashcan outside of 3 Sterling Square.

Police found a Smith and Wesson 38 SPL revolver with spent shell casings and a Bersa 380 ACP handgun, but were unable to locate the suspects.

This investigation is ongoing and the BPD are asking anyone with information to contact the Boston Police District C-6 Detectives at 617-343-4742.
