Boston Police busted a man with 105 bags of heroin on Tuesday after he tried to take off from the cops.

Police were checking out a report of drug activity near 28 State St. when they recognized Peter Marino, 30, of Boston. When they went to talk to Marino, officers said he started shouting “Assault! Assault! Somebody tape this! The cop is assaulting me!”

Officers said that Marino then tried to take off while holding a package wrapped in tin foil. When they caught up to him, police said they found 105 bags of heroin weighing 88 grams in a large plastic bag.
