A Dorchester building appeared to have partially collapsed on Tuesday afternoon, according to photographs captured at the scene.
The building is located on Washington Street near Tremlett Street, and bears a sign for "Active Chiropractic Rehab." Photographs at the scene show yellow police tape sectioning off an area of sidewalk in front of the building. Debris is strewn on the sidewalk, and the top of the building appears caved in.
