Whole Heart Provisions — born from the minds of chefs James DiSabatino (Roxy’s) and Rebecca Arnold (Alden & Harlow) — will be amping up the vegetarian options with their inspired (and surprisingly indulgent) grain and greens bowls, while CopperDome Crust will bring their portable copper-domed pizza oven to the festival to make artisan pies on-site.Vietnamese freshness from Bon Me and newcomer Zinneken’s Belgian Waffles will join Brooklyn’s Arancini Brothers— and of course, Tasty Burger will (deliciously) soldier on as the festival’s offical patty.
