An Allston man learned recently that when you have to go, you should get off of the bus.
Elan Alexenberg, 21, pleaded not guilty to indecent exposure and disorderly conduct for allegedly relieving himself from the window of a party bus.
Police were patrolling the Back Bay area about 9 a.m. yesterday when they spotted the bus travel along Newbury Street toward Massachusetts Avenue.
It was there they saw Alexenberg allegedly open the right rear window, expose himself and urinate on to the street in front of a group of pedestrians, according to authorities.
Prosecutors said Alexenberg apologized for what he did.
Police told the bus driver that he was free to continue on his way with the rest of the 15 passengers, but recommended that he return them to Woburn, which is where they came from.
