BOSTON. A Dorchester teen wanted in a brutal MBTA bus attack was nabbed by Transit Police Wednesday.
The 16-year-old, whose name was withheld because he is a juvenile, was captured after he was identified by Suffolk County juvenile probation officers.
He allegedly stabbed a 47-year-old man repeatedly while on the No. 23 bus as it was nearing Boston police headquarters in Roxbury. The victim was recently listed in stable condition.
A day after the Tuesday evening attack, police released photos of the teen in their effort to find him, which included a Twitter post on the department’s new site: www.twitter.com/mbtatransitpd.
