Caitlyn Jenner had a message for the fashion police as she took the ESPY stage to accept the Arthur Ashe Courage Award,
“Please be kind to me. I’m new at this,” she said.
By most accounts, she killed it — and it should be no surprise. Jenner’s stylist for the night was none other than Jen Rade, the woman who gives Angelina Jolie that va-va-voom.
Rade chose a simple but elegant ivory Atelier Versace dress.
The Beladora emerald, pearl and diamond tear-drop earrings were reported to be worth with $3,485.
Jenner, 65, skipped the red carpet so the first America got to see of her stunning ensemble was as she sat next to her 88-year-old mother, Esther, in the audience.
It wasn’t until she stood up after Abby Wambach’s warm introduction that the outfit Rade had fashioned for her came into full view.
Rade had tweeted hours earlier that she couldn’t wait for people to see how gorgeous Jenner was.
“I have to say my heart is POUNDING WITH EXCITEMENT for the world to see what I have seen!!!”
