Charlie Sheen might have been sentenced to 30 days in jail, but he won’t actually be spending that time behind bars — or anywhere, according to TMZ.
According to his plea deal, his sentence is set to be “administered and executed” by the Promises rehab facility in Malibu, but Sheen will also get credit for “time served” since he checked himself into the facility for more than a month earlier this year.
Sources say that means Sheen will check himself into rehab on Aug. 23 then immediately check himself out.
