China administered total of 1.962 billion doses of COVID-19 vaccines as of Aug 23

BEIJING (Reuters) – China administered about 14.9 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines on Aug. 23, bringing the total number of doses administered to 1.962 billion, data from the National Health Commission showed on Tuesday.
