WYANDANCH – At a vehicle stop Monday night, Suffolk County police shot a Wyandanch teen who allegedly raised a handgun at the officers. Police said Jalane Latif, 18, a passenger, shoved an officer and pulled a handgun. Latif, who was shot in the arm, was charged with weapons possession.
