It’s Vancouver 2010 time. Literally.
Omega, the maker of the Olympic Countdown Clock in front of the Vancouver Art Gallery, has released two special limited edition wristwatches to commemorate the countdown to the Games.
The Omega Seamaster Diver 300m, which retails for $4,500, uses a contrast of red and white colours with white dials reminiscent of snow and ice. The counterweight of the seconds hand features the Olympic rings.
The caseback is embossed with the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games logo with an Inukshuk image.
Only 2,010 of the timepieces are being made.
