Remember when actor Robert De Niro wanted to punch Donald Trump in the face? Well, Bobby-D is still mad.

In a new interview with Deadline, the “Taxi Driver” and “Godfather” star called Trump a “dumbbell” and “dangerous,” but added “if he was smart, he’d be even more dangerous.

“He’s dangerous as it is. He’s terrible, and a flat-out blatant racist and doubling down on that, and it’s good that he does because he’s going to sink himself,” he told Deadline.

De Niro, who stars in HBO’s “The Wizard of Lies” opposite Michelle Pfeiffer, has been nominated seven times for an Oscar and has won twice, but he is up for his first Emmy on Sept. 17 for his lead role as Bernie Madoff.

Critics have made comparisons between what Madoff was able to get away with and the Trump Administration, Deadline reported.

De Niro, who supported Hillary Clinton in the 2016 campaign, also said the Emmys should have a theme: roast Trump.

“Even at the Emmys it should be a kind of theme in some way — however, you know, balanced it could be so we’re not making it all about that,” the 74-year-old actor told Deadline. “But at this point, we’re at a crisis in this country with this fool, who never should have gotten into the position that he’s in.”

This, of course, isn’t the first time the Hollywood legend let out a string of curses when talking about the former reality TV star.

Before November’s election, De Niro made a #VoteYourFuture  video encouraging voters to hit the polls. In one minute, he insulted Trump 12 times, calling him:

– “Blatantly stupid”

– “Punk”

– “Dog”

– “Pig”

– “Con”

– “Bull— artist”

– “Mutt”

– “Idiot”

– “National disaster”

– “Embarrassment to the country”

– “Fool”

– “Bozo.”

The message reached a crescendo when De Niro said he’d like to “punch him in the face,” referring to then-candidate Trump.
