Drivers using the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge’s Harlem River Lift Span early Friday should expect delays.
The MTA said there will be intermittent closures for maintenance work between 12:01 a.m. and 5 a.m. on Oct. 31. Each closure should last about 20 minutes, and the MTA said drivers should use other routes if possible.
