Derrick Rose girlfriend who claimed rape was mad she wasn’t reimbursed for dildo in orgy – TMZ (Rose Twitter pics, photos)

In August, Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose was accused of drugging and gang-raping one of his ex-girlfriends. Tuesday, TMZ got ahold of court documents and Rose claims that the accuser consented to sexual interaction with Rose and his friends on more than one occasion.

“[She] invited the defendants to her apartment and buzzed them in,” according to the court docs. From TMZ:

“Rose says things were so cool the following day -the accuser casually had a cup of coffee with her roommate in the morning after the sex … and headed into work for a full shift. The implication is that a rape victim would have been way too distraught to have done any of that.

In the docs, Rose says the woman only began to get upset with him a few weeks or months later because she felt she should have been reimbursed for one of the sex toys she bought and used during the night in question.

Rose says the woman got even angrier with him because he started ignoring her texts.

The woman is suing for unspecified damages. This week, Rose said he refuses to let the lawsuit change his lifestyle.”

Rose repeatedly said he was innocent at Bulls Media Day this week.

“I think you all saw everything that was put out,” Rose told Sports Illustrated. “I will be proven innocent, but at the same time it hasn’t affected anything. It’s not true … I take it as motivation. I feel like the devil is just working.”

ESPN has not touched the story.

Rose has not addressed the situation on social media, but he is not much of a Tweeter. The last time he tweeted a pic was September of 2014 and it read: “Thank you @luciamartinez1_ for the gift!
