Boston’s best rockers, rappers, indie groups and DJs rocked out at the Liberty Hotel on Sunday night. The elegant hotel turned six spaces into six different venues for the Boston Music Awards, featuring a festival-style lineup with more than 15 artists, each of whom played 15 to 30-minute sets in one of the venues. Here is the big list of winners, with Dropkick Murphys taking home the big awards; artist of the year and live artist of the year. And you may even recognize the woman who beat Justin Bieber as the best local jazz act.
