Two men were taken to the hospital Wednesday morning after being hit by falling debris from 110 feet above Times Square.
Nancy Greco from the Office of Emergency Management said a worker was changing a sign above 1600 Broadway and dropped a piece of aluminum that hit two men on the sidewalk below.
1600 Broadway is home to the M&M store.
The men were treated on the scene, Greco said, then taken to a local hospital.
An inspection has been requested by the FDNY, according to an NYC Buildings complaint ticket filed this morning.
