Local fashionistas helped kick off Edmonton Fashion Week at the Transalta Arts Barns Thursday.
The event features a variety of collections such as Sweet Carousel by Elise Truong, 442 McAdam by Sarah Shell, and Serendipity by Kelsey McIntyre. The work of local designers as well as guests from cities such as Vancouver and Los Angeles can be seen on the runway during Fashion Week.
Fashion Week will conclude with sample sales April 11-12.
