The father of a baby who was at the centre of an organ transplant drama in Toronto appeared in court yesterday to face charges of aggravated assault and robbery.
Jason Wallace, 34, of Bradford, is charged with two other men over an incident stemming from an altercation at a Toronto bar in October 2006.
Wallace and the others learned in court they will go to trial Nov. 10.
Outside court, Wallace suggested he was not involved in the incident.
