Food bank boss asking for help

The executive director of Feed Nova Scotia said financial donations to the non-profit have come to a halt.

Dianne Swinewar said they are feeling the strain of keeping trucks fuelled and the refrigeration running.

Swinewar said Feed Nova Scotia is reaching out to the community and asking for help.

Swinewar said the shelves are stocked with food but they are having difficulty getting it to those in need.
